Letter to Parents
Dear Parents/Caregivers,
What a privilege it is to work with your children! Teaching God's Word to children has been my passion for approximately 30 years. I have taught in many different areas of children's ministry, most of which was serving with Child Evangelism Fellowship, an organization that taught me so much, and has quality teaching materials. We use their curriculum in our Campus Kids Ministries Bible Clubs.
Campus Kids Ministries, Inc. began in 2002, and our goal is to share the love of Jesus Christ with every child that attends our Clubs. I work with a wonderful Board of Directors that helps me lead the ministry. What a privilege it is to reach boys and girls for Christ right where they are - AT SCHOOL!
Bible Clubs provide a place where your children can come with friends and learn God's Word each week in a fun atmosphere.
Our focus is:
- To provide a program that is safe, fun, and centered around God's Word.
- To show unconditional love to each child.
- To help each child come to know Christ as personal Savior and grow in Him.
- To encourage children and their families to get involved in a local, Bible-believing church.
If you are interested in signing up your child for one of our Clubs, contact me by clicking on the Contact page. If your child already is attending one of our Bible Clubs, we thank you for sharing them with us.
I encourage you to ask your child each week what he/she learned in Club, help them learn their memory verse, and read Scripture with them daily. Each child is offered their own NIV Bible after attending Bible Club three times, along with a membership keychain. We encourage the children to bring their Bibles to Club each week.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
We look forward to an awesome year as we learn God's Word together!
For the children,
Vickie Long - Campus Kids Ministries Director
Permission Form
Each child must have a signed permission form to attend Club. These are turned into the school office and then given to Campus Kids Bible Club Leaders. There are three criteria to attend a Club:
- The child must attend the school where the Club is being held.
- The child must be no older than fifth grade. Some clubs accept kindergarteners while others begin at 1st grade. Please check the form for your child's school for details.
- A permission form must be filled out and given to the school office.
