Permission Forms

We must have a permission form on file in the school office, signed by a parent or legal guardian, before your child is able to attend Club. Please complete all requested information on the form below.

Club Curriculum

Campus Kids Ministries purchases its teaching materials from Child Evangelism Fellowship. The materials are solidly and accurately based on Holy Scripture. Our ministry uses a five-year rotation so that each child entering club will get five years of Old and New Testament teaching without duplication.

Club Schedule

Each of our Clubs offers a similar format that allows the children to worship, learn from Scripture, and get some understanding of missionaries who have taken the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. A typical Club day may look similar to this:

Time Segment Total Minutes
4:15 - 4:25 Attendance + Snacks (10)
4:25 - 4:35 Song Time (10)
4:35 - 4:55 Bible Lesson (20)
4:55 - 5:00 Memory Verse (05)
5:00 - 5:05 Mission Story or Review Game (05)
5:05 - 5:25 Group Time (20)
5:25 - 5:30 Line up for Dismissal (05)
TOTAL 1 Hour 15 Minutes

Current Clubs

Campus Kids Ministries, Inc. sponsors several after-school Bible Clubs in conjunction with local churches in the greater Wichita area. We encourage all parents with children participating in a Club to visit so they can better understand what their children are learning. If you do not have a child participating in a Club but would like to visit, please use the Contact Us form to schedule a visit with the ministry Director.

Starting a New Club

We would love to speak to anyone interested in starting a Bible Club in their local elementary school. Below is the process:

  • Contact Campus Kids Ministries Director, Vickie Long, using the Contact Us form on this site.
  • Find a sponsoring church. The church must be in agreement with the Campus Kids Ministries Statement of Faith and policies.
  • The sponsoring church needs to provide at least five committed workers for the Club, and five prayer partners. Each worker must meet the Worker Qualifications criteria, pass a KBI background check, and sign the Statement of Agreement.
  • The workers are required to attend the Campus Kids Ministries Trainings. There are two trainings each year:
    -Fall Kick-Off Training (August)
    -Winter Extended Training (January)
  • Find a school to adopt and seek permission from school officials. It is recommended that the Director of Campus Kids Ministries, Inc., Vickie Long, meet with you and the principal.
  • Set a start date and make permission flyers for the school. Take them to the school for distribution about a week before your Club begins.

A trained Campus Kids team will help the first three weeks of Club. The new team members are required to be there each week observing and learning until they are ready to take leadership of the Club.
